Remembrance Day

Writer: 718 Yukon Squadron718 Yukon Squadron

Remembrance Day is rapidly approaching.

Reminder that poppies are to be worn starting the last Friday of October until 11 November.

Cadets are welcome to participate in the remembrance day ceremony in both Port Hope and Canton. At this time transportation will not provided with respect to either parade, however if transportation becomes available it will be announced. Cadets should meet at Skeena (17 Mill St Port Hope) at 0945hrs. Cadets are reminded that if they are participating it is with parental permission and they should have their parents excuse them from school. As remembrance day falls on a school day it is not mandatory.

Go here for specific dress instructions.
