Tri-Service Dinner and Dance

October 12, 2016

151 Chadburn Squadron will again be hosting its annual Tri-Service dinner and dance. This year the event will take place Friday December 9th at the Lviv Hall, located at 38 Lviv Boulevard in Oshawa.

For those not familiar with this event, Chadburn Squadron has hosted the Tri-Service dinner and dance for over 30 years. After a catered dinner, there will be a professional DJ, door prizes and reasonably priced canteen. All cadet units from Durham region are invited and last year we had over 370 cadets attend.

The doors will open at 18:00 hours with a full course hot dinner to be served at 19:00 hours. Supervisory staff must be in attendance for the duration of the evening until the dance ends at 23:59 and are admitted free of charge.

The ticket cost per person is $25.00. Tickets may be paid preferably by Committee cheque to “151 Chadburn Squadron” or by cash. Tickets are limited and available on a first come first served basis. Tickets can be obtained from OCdt Heather Di Loreto at 647-801-1598 or by email at heather.diloreto@gmail.com. Tickets are being limited to 350 and must be purchased by November 28th, 2016.

Male cadets will wear C1 or C8 uniform (no combats or combat boots). Female cadets and guests will wear appropriate semi-formal or long dresses (finger-tip length or longer skirts, and not low cut). Male guests must wear semi-formal attire including a shirt and tie. All those in attendance must be in possession of a valid health card.

New this year is a Facebook group “151 Chadburn 2016 Tri-Service” where song requests can be made and information about the event can be shared.

If you have any questions regarding this event, please do not hesitate to contact Heather for assistance.
