If you did not receive a permission form a hand writted permission form (ie. I ____ give permission for cadet ____ to attend FTX dated 4-6 Nov 16) will be accepted.
Remember Health Card.
Cadets should meet at the church No later Than 1715 hrs for a 1730 Departure. Cadets must have their health card to board the bus. Remember to bring all items on the kit list.
